Ingredients

- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine beef broth, red wine, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and black pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- Add chopped rosemary and reduce heat to low.
- Simmer for 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
- Stir the slurry into the sauce and cook until thickened.
- Remove from heat and serve with prime rib.
