Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Rub the prime rib with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the roast in a roasting pan and roast for 20 minutes.
- Lower the temperature to 325°F (160°C) and continue cooking until desired doneness, about 1.5 to 2 hours.
