- 2 pounds of baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Once done, remove the potatoes from the air fryer, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
