Ingredients

- 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the cubed potatoes in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
