- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix grated potatoes, cheese, egg, flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan.
- Flatten slightly with a spatula.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
