- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
- Add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving with tortilla chips or sliced baguette.
