Ingredients

- 1 cup watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, halved
- 1 cup pineapple, cubed
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced cucumber, halved strawberries, and cubed pineapple.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
- Drizzle the yogurt mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
- Chill the fruit salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve in individual bowls or cups, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
