Ingredients

  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced cucumber, halved strawberries, and cubed pineapple.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  3. Drizzle the yogurt mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
  4. Chill the fruit salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve in individual bowls or cups, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
