Description
A refreshing salad made with pickled cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes. Perfect as a side dish or a light snack.
Ingredients

- 2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes.
- In a small saucepan, heat vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper until sugar dissolves. Let cool slightly.
- Pour the pickling liquid over the vegetables.
- Toss gently to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with fresh dill if desired.
Notes
- For best flavor, let the salad marinate for 2-3 hours.
- Adjust sugar and vinegar to taste.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra spice.
