Ingredients

  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms until tender.
  5. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Add cooked pasta and steak back to the skillet. Mix well.
  8. Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top. Cover until cheese melts.
  9. Serve hot.
