A quick and easy twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, turned into sloppy joes.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and bell pepper, cooking until soft.
- Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
- Place provolone cheese on each bun.
- Spoon beef mixture onto buns and serve.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Toast buns for extra crunch.
- Add hot peppers if you like spice.
