Delicious Philly cheese steak sliders made with ground beef.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
- 12 slider buns
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and bell pepper, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place slider buns on a baking sheet.
- Add a portion of the beef mixture to each bun.
- Top with provolone cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Notes
- Use a mix of cheeses for different flavors.
- Add jalapeños for some heat.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
