Ingredients

- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 burger buns
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Form into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Cook patties on a grill or skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
- In a separate pan, sauté onions and bell peppers in butter until soft.
- Place a slice of provolone cheese on each patty to melt.
- Toast the buns lightly.
- Assemble burgers with patties, onions, and peppers.
- Serve hot.
