  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
  4. Slice the cooked chicken into strips or cubes.
  5. In the same skillet, add the cooked pasta, pesto sauce, and cherry tomatoes. Stir to combine and heat through.
  6. Add the sliced chicken to the pasta mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
