- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Mix paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken thighs with olive oil and rub with the spice mix.
- Grill chicken over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side.
- Blend sour cream, mayonnaise, jalapeño, cilantro, garlic, and lime juice until smooth.
- Serve grilled chicken with the creamy green sauce.
