- 1 head of garlic
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the top off the head of garlic to expose the cloves.
- Place the garlic head on a piece of aluminum foil.
- Pour the vegetable broth over the garlic.
- Wrap the garlic in the foil tightly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until soft.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Squeeze the cloves out of their skins.
