- 4 pieces bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 18 minutes, then flip the chicken thighs over.
- Cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- For extra crispy skin, you can spray the chicken thighs lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
