- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
- Let cool before serving.
