- 500g beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add steak slices and cook until browned, about 3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté onions and garlic until soft.
- Add black pepper, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
- Return the steak to the pan and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
