Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour and brown sugar in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Press mixture firmly into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
- Stir in pecans. Pour over baked crust.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For a crispier crust, bake an extra 2-3 minutes.
- Toast pecans for deeper flavor.
