Delicious peanut butter sandwich cookies filled with cream.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, flour, egg, and vanilla.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool completely.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Spread the cream mixture on one cookie and top with another.
- Repeat for all cookies.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use smooth or crunchy peanut butter as preferred.
- Add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
