- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Take a spoonful of the mixture and flatten it slightly.
- Place an Oreo cookie in the center and cover it with more dough.
- Shape it into a ball and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the cookies if desired.
