- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Use a fork to press down on each ball, creating a crisscross pattern.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For a sweeter cookie, you can add an extra tablespoon of sugar.
