- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter

- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Fold in diced peaches.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Remove donuts and let them cool slightly.
- Pipe the cheesecake filling into each donut.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh peaches for the best flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
