Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced peaches
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  3. Fold in diced peaches.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and brown sugar until smooth.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  7. Remove donuts and let them cool slightly.
  8. Pipe the cheesecake filling into each donut.
  9. Serve warm.
