- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups blueberries
- 3 cups whipped cream
- 1 pound pound cake, cut into cubes
- 1 cup vanilla pudding
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large trifle bowl, layer half of the pound cake cubes at the bottom.
- Add half of the sliced strawberries on top of the cake layer.
- Spread half of the vanilla pudding over the strawberries.
- Add half of the whipped cream to cover the pudding layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining pound cake, strawberries, vanilla pudding, and whipped cream.
- Top with blueberries and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
