Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 1 pound pound cake, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding

Instructions

  1. In a large trifle bowl, layer half of the pound cake cubes at the bottom.
  2. Add half of the sliced strawberries on top of the cake layer.
  3. Spread half of the vanilla pudding over the strawberries.
  4. Add half of the whipped cream to cover the pudding layer.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining pound cake, strawberries, vanilla pudding, and whipped cream.
  6. Top with blueberries and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  7. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
