Ingredients

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Mix in the cooked spaghetti and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
