Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add garlic and mixed vegetables, cooking until tender.
- Combine cooked pasta with chicken and vegetables.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
