Instructions

- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough using a pasta machine or a rolling pin.
- Cut into desired shapes.
- Cook in boiling salted water for 2-4 minutes.
Notes
- Use semolina flour for a different texture.
- Let the dough rest to improve elasticity.
- Dust with flour to prevent sticking.
