Description
A quick and delicious Parmesan Crusted Tilapia served with roasted zucchini.
Ingredients

- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat tilapia fillets with olive oil and press into the Parmesan mixture.
- Place fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Toss zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Arrange zucchini around the tilapia.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily and zucchini is tender.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh Parmesan for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Can substitute tilapia with cod or haddock.
