  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • For the garlic dip:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, then coat with the Parmesan mixture, pressing down to adhere.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken tenders until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer the chicken tenders to a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
  6. For the garlic dip, mix together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
