- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- For the garlic dip:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, then coat with the Parmesan mixture, pressing down to adhere.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken tenders until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer the chicken tenders to a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
- For the garlic dip, mix together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Serve the chicken tenders hot with the garlic dip on the side.
