Instructions

- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
