- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Shape mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the balls for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for best results.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
