Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Shape mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Brown the balls for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  7. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked.
