Ingredients

- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pancake mix, milk, eggs, and syrup until combined.
- Fold in blueberries and strawberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased casserole dish.
- Drizzle melted butter on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with extra maple syrup.
- Can substitute fruits based on preference.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
