Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the pancake mix, milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in blueberries or chocolate chips if using.
  3. Grease the crockpot with cooking spray.
  4. Pour the batter into the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  6. Check for doneness before serving.
