A simple and delicious pancake casserole made with Bisquick.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Bisquick
- 2 cups milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup blueberries (optional)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in blueberries if desired.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with maple syrup.
Notes
- You can add other fruits like strawberries or bananas.
- This dish can be made the night before and baked in the morning.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
