- 12 pancakes
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup blueberries
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Cut pancakes into quarters and layer them in the dish.
- Sprinkle blueberries on top of the pancakes.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour the egg mixture over the pancakes and blueberries.
- Drizzle maple syrup on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
