Description

Pan-seared salmon topped with herb butter for a rich and flavorful dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
  4. Flip salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Remove salmon and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic, parsley, and dill.
  7. Spoon herb butter over salmon and serve with lemon wedges.

  • Use fresh herbs for best flavor.
  • Do not overcrowd the pan.
