  • 2 cups Gulab Jamun
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • for frying Ghee or oil
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Rose water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine milk powder, all-purpose flour, and baking powder.
  2. Add a little water to form a soft dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Cook until the sugar dissolves, then add rose water and set aside.
  4. Heat ghee or oil in a pan for frying.
  5. Shape the dough into small balls and fry until golden brown.
  6. Soak the fried balls in the sugar syrup for at least 30 minutes before serving.
