- 2 cups Gulab Jamun
- 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- for frying Ghee or oil
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Rose water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine milk powder, all-purpose flour, and baking powder.
- Add a little water to form a soft dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Cook until the sugar dissolves, then add rose water and set aside.
- Heat ghee or oil in a pan for frying.
- Shape the dough into small balls and fry until golden brown.
- Soak the fried balls in the sugar syrup for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
