Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk or milk alternative
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fruit of choice (e.g. berries, banana)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Add your choice of fruit and mix gently.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, stir the mixture and add more fruit or toppings if desired.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Use any fruit you like.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
