A delicious and easy overnight French toast casserole that you can prepare ahead of time.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Place the cubed bread in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes.
- Drizzle melted butter on top.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with maple syrup or fresh fruit.
- Can be made with any type of bread.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
