- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken and shrimp to the marinade, stirring to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken, shrimp, bell peppers, onion, and zucchini onto the skewers, alternating as desired.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and shrimp are pink.
- Remove skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
