- 24 Oreo cookies (divided)
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Crush 18 Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream and chopped remaining Oreo cookies.
- Pour batter over the crust and bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Turn off the oven, leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour, then chill for at least 4 hours.
