- 1 1/2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream and chopped Oreo cookies.
- Pour the batter over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother batter.
- For a firmer cheesecake, add more time in the oven.
- Top with whipped cream and additional Oreo cookies if desired.
