A delightful dessert combining the flavors of orange blossom and fresh strawberries with light, fluffy cake.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon orange blossom water
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add butter, milk, eggs, and orange blossom water. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Slice the cake in half horizontally.
- Spread half of the whipped cream on the bottom layer.
- Add sliced strawberries on top of the cream.
- Place the top layer of the cake and spread remaining cream on top.
- Decorate with more strawberries.

- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness of whipped cream to taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
