Description

A rich and flavorful one-pot meal featuring tender steak and pasta in a creamy, spicy garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz (225g) fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak and cook until browned (3-4 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  4. Add pasta and cooked steak to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
