- 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz (225g) fettuccine or pasta of choice
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak and cook until browned (3-4 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add pasta and cooked steak to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Cut steak against the grain for tenderness.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to control spice level.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
