Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes until golden.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in vegetable broth and heavy cream, then stir in pasta.
