A flavorful and easy one-pot dish combining Cajun spices, creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and orzo pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 1/2 cups orzo pasta
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season diced chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.
- Add orzo and stir for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and cooked chicken. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.
- For extra creaminess, add more heavy cream.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
