  • 2 cups Fresh rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, and flour. Stir until the fruit is well coated. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.

  4. Pour the melted butter over the oat mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Spread the oat mixture evenly over the fruit filling in the baking dish.
