- Charcoal or wood chips

Instructions
- Prepare the oil drum by cutting it in half lengthwise and ensuring there are proper ventilation holes.
- Clean the drum thoroughly to remove any residue.
- Add charcoal or wood chips to one side of the drum for indirect cooking.
- Light the charcoal or wood chips and let them burn until they are covered with ash.
- While the grill is heating, season your meat with BBQ sauce and spices.
- Place the seasoned meat on the grill grate over the cooler side of the drum.
- Cook the meat slowly, turning occasionally and basting with BBQ sauce.
- For added flavor, you can add vegetables to the grill in the last 15-20 minutes of cooking.
- Once the meat reaches the desired doneness, remove it from the grill and let it rest before serving.
