Instructions

  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles crumbs.
  4. Add milk and stir until a dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  6. Spread melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into 8 pieces.
  8. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
