- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and egg.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Try adding chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- Adjust the sugar to taste.
